Synergent Nigeria is a Progressive Partnership between Synergent Ventures (USA) and visionary partners in Nigeria. The genesis of this partnership began in 2009, with direct discussions and strategic planning conducted in the USA, and has lead to the formation of Synergent PowerShare Nigeria, Ltd. as a purpose-built vehicle to bring the Synergent vision to Nigeria.

The Founding Partners have coordinated the initial introduction of next-generation renewable energy technologies into Nigeria, and have developed critical relationships within the Federal and State Governments to help solve the persistent energy challenges which are holding Nigeria back from becoming one of the world's top 20 economies.

Synergent Nigeria is now poised for rapid growth and expansion through partnership programs across all 36 states. Significant opportunities exist for qualified investors in the manufacturing, distribution and installation of Smart Energy Systems designed to help drive Nigeria's New Energy Economy.
